Changes to the way Bridlington Spa books acts, has had a massive impact on it's line up and bought more money into the town.
That's according to East Riding Council's cabinet member for Tourism.
Councillor Nick Coultish, says the changes had a big impact on the venue's performance last year.
Bridlington Spa's Pantomime also had it's best ever year last year in terms of ticket sales.
East Riding Council says the restructuring of the way the spa operates has seen it able to attract high quality acts and has seen more visitors coming from out of area to the venue's concerts with 25% of them staying overnight in the town.
Cabinet member for Tourism, Councillor Nick Coultish, says the spa has even attracted international visitors.
The spa has seen a steady flow of top starts perform at the venue over the last 12 months and already has a strong line up for 2024.
ABBA's Björn Ulvaeus will; be the keynote speaker at The Business Day at Bridlington Spa next June. Johannes Radebe, Joe Calzaghe, Sarah Millican and Jimmy Carr are among the acts already booked to appear at the Spa next year.
