Bridlington Town came back from one of their longest trips with all three points on Saturday.
Aidy Costello's men opened the scoring inside 27 minutes through Ali Aydemir.
Tyneside hosts North Shields levelled nine minutes into the second half.
However Aydemir ensured Brid weren't to be denied with the winner just eight minutes later.
