Scarborough Athletic are holding their AGM this evening.
The event is going to be followed by a fans forum with manager Jono Greening answering questions.
Club Chairman Trevor Bull says the AGM is an important opportunity for the club to reinforce its openness.
The club say it will be an opportunity for member shareholders to see the accounts and hear from Chairman Trevor Bull.
Trevor says there will also be the chance to quiz manager Jono Greening.

The Fans Forum is expected to start from 8pm with Jono, some of the First Team Management and Board of Directors fielding questions from the floor. The Fans Forum is open to all fans.
