A man has been arrested in connection with the death of an 82-year-old woman in Glasgow.
Elizabeth Colligan was found injured on Cardowan Road at around 4am on Saturday.
Emergency crews attended, but she was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police Scotland launched an investigation, and in an update on Tuesday evening said a 30-year-old man had been arrested in connection with Ms Colligan's death.
A force spokesperson said enquiries are ongoing.

An online portal has been set up so that anyone with information can submit details directly to the inquiry team.
Detective Inspector Gordon Walker previously said: "Our thoughts remain with Elizabeth's family and friends during this very difficult time."
