The Blues host Hebburn Town on Bank Holiday Monday after back to back defeats in Lancashire over the past week.
Town were beaten 5-2 at Hyde on Saturday and 3-1 at FC United last Tuesday.
Manager Gary Liddle told Whitby Town TV he wants to reset ahead of Monday's home clash:
"Certainly a back to basics type situation.
"Going into one where as early as it's an important game.
"We're on the back of two defeats now which we need to put right and, the sooner we can do that, the better we need to rally back around, rally the lads up, make sure they're recovering get as positive as we possibly can on a Monday where it is an important game where we need to ideally get three points."
Blues may again be without injured midfield trio Michael Woods, Lewis Hawkins and Layton Watts.
Kick-off at the Towbar Express Stadium is 3.00pm.
