There are tricky driving conditions on the roads, especially over the North York Moors as snow showers continue to fall.
Callers to Paddy @ Breakfast have reported very difficult driving conditions between Scarborough and Whitby.
Particularly affected is the stretch between Cloughton Bank and Fylingdales.
Also tricky is the A171 Guisborough Road heading up and down the hill to the west of Whitby.
And callers also report the A169 in the Sleights area being slow along with the Hole of Horcum part of the road which sits 900ft above sea level.
St. Hedda's Primary School in Egton Bridge is CLOSED.
Main roads into Scarborough are busier and slower than normal as drivers negotiate snow-covered roads.
There is a Met Office Weather Warning for Snow and Ice in force until 11:00am today with further accumulations possible.
We have regular updates on This Is The Coast this morning.
You can call 01723 336444 (option 2) to report any issues.
