A new initiative is all about addressing inequalities on the Yorkshire Coast and providing access to services that maybe people wouldn't normally have.
SeeChange, in association with Scarborough, Whitby and Ryedale Mind, is coming to Eastfield on Wednesday.
It brings together a number of different companies including gyms, Citizen's Advice and Mindfulness services.
It's coordinator is Christine Miles.
She explained what it's all about:
"I think there's two things here. There's opportunities and benefits for businesses encouraging their employees to come to the sessions. Because it's going to reduce sickness and absenteeism and help people to stop worrying about some of the things that they might be worrying about.
"For the employees themselves, it's an opportunity to be able to ask a service provider, an expert in that particular area, about something that they may have concerns about. So that can be a big spectrum from mental health and we have three key areas around mental health, which is mindfulness, which is mental health for men adult services for mental health and also a young persons' service as well. But we are bringing in people like the Citizens Advice so that if people are concerned about debt management or any finances or benefits, then there's the opportunity to talk to them. We've had Cancer Alliance, so if people are concerned about, there might be some family members, as well as themselves, that they're worried about things in terms of cancer.
"We've got somebody from Healthy You, which looks at activity and managing weight and lots of others, Everyone Active for fitness. We've got a physio coming and they're doing 15-minute sessions. So if anybody who's got any aches and pains or back problems or anything like that, then they can just come along and get a little bit of advice and potentially to get referred in to the appropriate service. So it's about their own health and wellbeing, but obviously it's also about their family, their friends, their colleagues. They can come and get that little bit of advice and it's all confidential. It's one-to-one sessions and they're booked online. So it's just between the person and the service provider."

Christine then tried to explain why there is a disparity between the Yorkshire Coast and the rest of the country:
"I don't know whether it is that it is difficult for a lot of people to actually get appointments.
"It's also sometimes transport issues and it may be a lack of understanding or awareness of what is available. And certainly having run two of these, we are trying to capture people by, obviously, through this medium, through social media. I've been dropping posters into at least 50 of the different businesses on the Eastfield estate, which is where we are.
"We are running the session on Wednesday at Fortus accountants."
