Boro are hoping to return to the National North play-offs.
Scarborough Athletic go to Merseyside in National North later.
The Seadogs will be desperate to get back into the play off places after slipping to ninth following midweek results.
Ahead of Saturday's trip to Marine, Boro boss Jono Greening told SAFC TV Luca Colville's return to fitness is a big plus:
"Yeah, listen, the Wizard's a really quality player. He has got a lovely left foot. He's very composed on the ball. He gets into good positions. He hardly loses the ball. He works really hard for the team out of possession as well. And, we're really pleased to have him back because he is a massive player for us.
"He has been with me for the last four-and-a-half/five years. So we know him really well and great to have him back on the pitch and great having him back with the group and we know Marine's going to be a difficult game. There's no easy games in this league, as you all know. They've been doing well recently and we'll go and attack the game and try and get the three points."
Kick-off is 3pm.
