This weekends football includes home league games for Whitby Town and Scarborough Athletic
After two Cup knockouts - the league is now the main focus for Scarborough Athletic and Coach Jono Greening.
Here he is talking to Scarborough Athletic TV, on the latest win in the league on Tuesday night against Kings Lynn Town.
Today the Seadogs entertain Bishops Stortford, with a 3pm kick off. The visitors are currently 20th in the table having picked up just 14 points from their first 20 league games. If you can't get to the game there will be commentary on This is the Coast Extra from just before kick off.
Elsewhere Whitby Town look to continue their good form today, with a home game against Workington, Manager Nathan Haslam spoke with Whitby Town TV and said it won't be easy.
The fixtures are beginning to build as we head toward Christmas, but Manager Nathan Haslam goes on to say that's why he has a squad.
