Tony Hackworth's men are headed to Penistone Church on Saturday.
The 10th-placed Barnsley side will be looking to inflict a third successive defeat on the Pikes, who need a change in form to get back in top five contention.
Town are currently seventh, after back-to-back defeats against lowly Bottesford and highflying neighbours Tadcaster Albion.
They could return to the top five with a win and other results going in their favour.
Kick-off is 3.00pm.
