Pikes were beaten 5-1 by struggling Bottesford after a second-half struggle in Lincolnshire.
Pikes fell behind on 28 minutes and then conceded again in the final minute of the first half.
However, the prolific Souleymane Coulibaly struck for the visitors in first-half injury time to give them a boost going into the second period.
But it all fell apart after the hosts scored three times in 14 second-half minutes to pick up a 5-1 victory.
The defeat drops Tony Hackworth's men to sixth in the Northern Counties East Premier Division.
Next up, Pickering Town have a home derby with Tadcaster Albion, with a 12.30pm kick-off next Saturday in the league.
