Pikes exited the FA Vase after a thumping in the North West.
It was an afternoon to forget for Simon Heslop's side.
Pickering were thumped 5-1 at Holker Old Boys.
The Barrow club are actually 5th in a division one level below Pikes.
They scored twice in five minutes midway through the first half.
However, ex-Scarborough Athletic striker Michael Coulson pulled one back from the penalty spot, just after the half hour.
Two goals in eight minutes, either side of the hour put Old Boys in control.
They put icing on the cake, three minutes from time, with a fifth.
Pikes host leaders Dearne & District in Northern Counties East Premier on Tuesday next.
Pickering beat them 3-1 in the League Cup, last week.
