First, Souleymane Coulibaly broke the deadlock seven minutes into the restart.
George Brown doubled Pickering's advantage within three minutes.
Former Scarborough Athletic and Bridlington Town midfielder Simon Heslop then ended the contest with a third on 69 minutes.
Pickering host Sheffield FC, in the league, on Tuesday, with a 7.45pm kick-off.
Pikes could go fourth with a win, depending on other results.
