North York Moors National Park Welcomes Back Stargazers

Stargazing is returning to the North York Moors national park this week as the Dark Skies Fringe Festival takes place.

There are a range of in person and online events taking place over the half term week.

Amateur astronomer, Richard Darns, says it's a great time of year for peering into the cosmos:

The park has recently been designated as an International Dark Sky Reserve.
