In North East 2, Matty Jones' Scarborough are up to third after they had a 40-28 win over Halifax side Old Brodleians, at Silver Royd.
While in the same division, fifth-placed Bridlington went to another Halifax outfit Old Crossleyans, where they lost out 28-10.
In Durham & Northumberland 2, Whitby lost out narrowly 28-26 at County Durham club Sedgefield.
