Scarborough Whitby and Ryedale Mind are inviting all in the local community to join in with Mental Health Awareness Week 2024, which starts on Monday.
Research from the mental health foundation shows that 56% of people found that exercising regularly helped them to alleviate stress and prevent burnout in their lives.
