Lifeboats and a Helicopter were involved in a search for two swimmers who have now been found safe and well.
A Large scale search operation has taken place off the Yorkshire oast this afternoon after two swimmers may have been seen to be in difficulty on the south beach in Bridlington.
Both swimmers have now been found safe and well.
The report at just after 3:20pm lead to a search operation involving the Bridlington RNLI lifeboat, Humberside Search and rescue helicopter and the Bridlington Coastguard Rescue Team.
The operation stood down just after 5:30pm
