Winners in the First Qualifying Round take home £2,250 and the draw has now been made.
Bridlington Town drew 2-2 at West Auckland on Saturday, in the Preliminary Round.
The sides replay on Tuesday and the winners host Wythenshaw, of the North West Counties Premier or Vauxhall Motors of NPL West.
Pickering Town had a 0-0 stalemate with Easington Colliery and they replay there on Wednesday.
The winners will be at home to either NPL East Redcar Athletic or Guisborough Town of the Northern League.
Whitby Town are away at fellow NPL Premier side Lancaster City.
Winners will receive £2,250, while those who lose in the first qualifying round take home £750.
Ties will be played on 29th, 30th, 31st August or 1 September.
Scarborough Athletic enter in the second qualifying round.
