Two men from Scarborough have been charged with drugs offences.
Sebastian Adam Kaminski, aged 45, of Sandside, Scarborough, and Marcin Glowacki, aged 33, of Eastborough, Scarborough, appeared at York Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
They've been charged with the following offences allegedly committed between 8 August 2021 and 10 February 2022:
- Conspiring to produce and supply a Class A controlled drug, MDMA – also known as ecstasy
- Conspiring to produce and supply a Class B controlled drug, methedrone
- acquiring, using or possessing criminal property - money, a vehicle and building premises in Scarborough - on or before 9 February 2022
They did not enter any pleas and the case was sent to York Crown Court where they will appear on 7 March 2022.
Both men have been remanded in custody.
