Flamborough's RNLI Lifeboat responded to two incidents on Sunday.
Flamborough RNLI launched just before 2pm on Sunday following a report of 2 kayakers in trouble off West Scar.
Whilst on their way, volunteer crew were informed that the 2 people had made their way to safety although their kayak had been lost. Tasked with retrieving the kayak Lifeboat was stood down at 2:19 pm after nothing was sighted.
Whilst returning to station the lifeboat with volunteer crew went to the assistance of a small Rigid Inflatable Boat with 1 person on board.
