Contrasting Rugby Fortunes for Scarborough & Brid

Scarborough and Bridlington had very different experiences on the rugby pitch on Saturday.

Boro followed up last week's terrific win at highly-rated Morley with a 37-7 success at Silver Royd.

Pocklington were put to the sword after a dominant display from Matty Jones' men in North 1 East.

Meanwhile in Yorkshire One, Bridlington suffered a heavy defeat.

Brid lost 71-6 at Pontefract.

An outbreak of Covid in their squad meant Whitby had to call off their trip to Bishop Auckland in Durham & Northumberland Division Two.
