There's a tribute theatre show to the classic sitcom Steptoe & Son at the YMCA Theatre in Scarborough, on October 24th.
In the process, performers are raising money for the local charity Scarborough Survivors, which they feel is a very worthy cause, as it provides vital mental health services for anyone suffering with these conditions.
The more tickets sold, the more money they get.
The cast say reviews so far have been excellent and that they even performed it to the family of one of the original actors and they thought it was brilliant.
Steptoe and Son told the story of father and son rag and bone men, Albert and Harold Steptoe, originally played, on TV, by William Bramble and Harry H Corbett.
