Police say they need to speak to this man after new CCTV emerged during an investigation into a sexual assault.
They believe the man pictured here, who appears to have distinctive tattoos on the back of his legs and back of his neck, may have important information about an incident which happened in Scarborough on Monday, 9 September.
An investigation was launched at the time after two teenage girls reported being sexually assaulted on Foreshore Road at around 11.30pm.
Since then, they have continued to make further enquiries which have led officers to issue an image of this man.
