Yogalates is a mash up of Yoga & Pilates combined together to stretch the body and mind. Our instructor, Lucy, is fully qualified and looks forward to meeting you.
Please bring your mat if you have one, alternatively these are available to hire for 50p.
No need to book, each class costs £5.50.
