Grief can feel incredibly isolating – but you don’t have to go through it alone. Our Whitby Peer Support Group will meet every month to share stories, coping strategies and support each other, alongside experienced mental health support and advice from SWR Mind staff.
Beginning 5th May and then continuing every 1st Tuesday of the Month. All welcome.
