This session is in person and give a safe and friendly space to explore how our sound holds the frequencies of self and the relational backdrops of our lives.

This is a gentle introductory session to allow us to feel into ourselves and our relationships to allow sound to reflect to us what are incredibly complex connections of our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual selves.
The session will be exploratory and light in nature - to get us going in our soul journey of discovery within.
Esther will hold the session which will be seated (on chairs) or stood. There is no online availability as it is experiential and interactive in the moment.
