We Evolve Launch Day Event - Movement, Soundbath, Singing of Light Codes

This is a whole afternoon event that allows you to experience and absorb the specialities of the Esther, Sarah Jane and Jim in this extravaganza of soul food.
The session will begin and end with the singing of light codes by Esther. these frequencies will hold the content of the sessions to be absorbed and transmitted through, and enhanced by, the following parts of the session:
- Soft movement expressing each of the 7 seven chakras in the body with Sarah Jane - bringing balance and exploration in the physical
- Sound bath with Jim - lying down to absorb and received from gongs, singing bowls and other interesting instruments to bring energies via sound into our being to surface, dissolve what we can let go making space for the new frequencies inside of us.

There will be a chance for us all to reflect and discuss our experiences, for those who would like...
This promises to be a joyful wander through the ways in which our souls can be felt more fully... why not dip your toe in during the week, and if you feel called, bring your soul to this final extravaganza.
