An uplifting evening of songs and solos by Scarborough-based choir the Staxton Singers, plus drinks and nibbles, in the lovely Wolds village of Weaverthorpe.

All are welcome at this spring evening of joyful music at St Andrew's Church, Weaverthorpe. The Staxton Singers, a longstanding Scarborough choir, will perform a varied programme of classical and modern songs, from lively numbers such as Oklahoma and Mamma Mia medleys to the moving Cantique de Jean Racine by Faure.
