Great exercise for any age.
Square dancing is great for all ages. We have dancers in their 80"s. Good exercise for legs and brain. Not difficult but such fun and also for meeting other people. Every Tuesday 1pm to 3pm with refreshments at Spring Cafe, Stonegate, Hunmanby
