Saint Catherine’s invites you to join us at St. Mary’s Church, Scarborough this festive season. We will be gathering at 6.00pm on Thursday, 4th December 2025. Everyone is welcome to come together in the warm and comfortable setting of a church to have time to reflect and remember.
Light up a Life Appeal packs have been sent out to our Supporters which contain two cardboard Christmas candles, each candle having a space to write on your own personal message. One candle can be taken to a service to be blessed and then they will all be displayed in Saint Catherine’s Sanctuary room over the festive period.
The service will be led by Reverend Samantha Treadwell, Vicar of St Mary’s with Holy Apostles Church, supported by Manhatten Voices Choir. There will be a dedicated Saint Catherine’s Light up a Life tree illuminated as part of the service, all the lights will shine to signify the life of someone special.
