Parkrun Walkthroughs are a welcoming space for people to walk the route, meet the director and volunteers and feel supported to attend regular parkrun events.

Our parkrun walkthroughs are an opportunity for individuals who are anxious about attending parkrun to:
– walk the run route,
– meet the run director and volunteers,
– partner up with a run buddy if needed,
– join us for a drink and a chat
before attending the regular parkrun on the Saturday
