More Information (This is the Coast is not responsible for external websites)
Anger is a normal emotion — but when it feels out of control, it can impact our wellbeing and relationships.
These online workshops are a safe, supportive space to explore your anger, understand what’s beneath it, and discover healthy ways to respond — not just react.
Using our Guide to Managing Anger workbook, we’ll work through:
What anger is, what causes it, and how it shows up in the body and mind
Practical coping and calming strategies you can use in the moment
How to challenge unhelpful thought patterns that fuel frustration
Tools for tracking triggers and patterns over time
Reflection activities to build self-awareness and emotional control
These workshops aren’t about suppressing anger — it’s about recognising it, managing it, and learning to express it in healthy, constructive ways.
Who are they for?
Anyone who wants to understand their anger better, respond more calmly, or feel more in control during stressful situations.
Register online at https://swrmind.org.uk/series/mindpath-workshops-managing-anger and you'll receive a link to the workshop and a copy of the booklet in advance.
