Hula Hooping is the ultimate pastime that has the added benefit of completely realigning and toning the whole body.
In contrast to the classic toy Hula Hoop, modern hoops are weighted and frequently rotated around all parts of the body-not just the waist. Our class is suitable for beginners and will combine technical moves and tricks with dancing to music.
