Parkrun walkthroughs are a chance to come and walk the run route, meet the run directors and volunteers and feel supported to attend the regular parkrun event.

Mind have partnered up with parkrun to create a supportive atmosphere for those wanting to try running to boost their wellbeing.
Our parkrun walkthroughs are an opportunity for individuals who are anxious about attending parkrun to:
- walk the run route,
- meet the run director and volunteers,
- partner up with a run buddy if needed,
- join us for a drink and a chat
before attending the regular parkrun on the Saturday
