The Wilf Ward Bunny Bounce

This spring there is a fun new way for local youngsters to help support individuals with learning disabilities and autism to live extraordinary lives.
The Wilf Ward Bunny Bounce is a fun, school-friendly fundraising challenge inviting local primary schools and nurseries to get involved this spring. By taking part, schools help raise vital funds to support local people with learning disabilities, while also supporting a local charity that has been making a difference across the region for nearly 40 years. Every bounce helps make a difference.
Schools can sign up to take part using the form below. Each school can then decide how their bunny bounce will spring in to action. Pupils will be provided with Bunny Bounce ears and can then take part in a sponsored challenge to bounce around the school hall, the field, the canteen or if they're really brave bounce right into the headteachers office!

Bunny Bounce events should take place between March 16th and 27th. During this time teams from This is the Coast and Wilf Ward will be visiting some of the Bunny Bounce events, with coverage then featuring on the radio and This is the Coast's social media platforms.

The Wilf Ward Family Trust is a local charity and care provider supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism to live extraordinary lives. Working across Yorkshire, the Trust delivers personalised support built around each individual, helping people build independence, confidence and meaningful connections within their communities.
Alongside the care they provide every day, Wilf Ward is passionate about raising awareness and building understanding within the communities they serve. By sharing real stories and experiences, the Trust works to promote inclusion, challenge perceptions and help create more welcoming, informed communities for people with learning disabilities.
